The air conditioner was not cooling. It wasn't low on freon. The filter wasn't dirty because there wasn't one. Air flow was bad nothing was coming out of the vents. Aaac looked inside the coil and found it completely blocked. The dirt came off in a sheet. It was thick, gooey , stinky and couldn't be to health to breath. This brush was used to remove the top layer of dirt. The coil was 15 years old with no leak. If it had a leak we wouldn't waste time cleaning it it would have been replaced. The air flow is way better now. The blower blades had to be cleaned as well.
