Furnace & a/c yuk thid was in coil

The air conditioner froxe up. They thought they could wait until spring to gic it. When they test the heat it over heated and burned out the motor and limit swith kept tripping. The coil was so dirty it stopped the air flow. I used a strong cleaner at full strength. It was green going in and came out brown in the bucket. It was to late for just a filter change they needed the coil removed and cleaned. They were breathing this stuff in. Durning summer the ac would make it wet and grows mildew. Winter bakes it on and smells. Avoid this by changing your filter each month. A filter is a few bucks. It was $250 for a motor and $135 to clean the furnace and coil out.
